While I do agree with most of this post, I think that the school is not necessarily the best source for information when it comes to private scholarships. My school's financial aid office is a great resource, however, I feel that I have found many more scholarships through online searches. With these searches though, it's important to know that you should NOT have to pay for these services. There are many good, free scholarship search sites that can direct you to scholarships that are specifically for adults and returning students.
